New Basic Pay Calculation
New Basic = Current Basic Pay × Fitment Factor

HRA Calculation
HRA = New Basic × HRA Rate (30%/20%/10% based on city)
Example: ₹96,000 × 30% = ₹28,800 (for X City)
Transport Allowance
TA = Base TA + (Base TA × Current DA%)

Gross Salary
Gross = New Basic + HRA + TA (DA starts at 0% in new commission)
